Monday to Friday you can call to be placed on the Triage List for the day, due to clinical capacity the list will close when we reach our daily capacity of 150 patients. Please only call between 2pm and 6pm if it is an urgent problem.

Home visits

We encourage patients to come to our accessible surgery however, we do appreciate this is not always possible.

If you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice you can request a home visit. Your GP/Paramedic Practitioner will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it.

We also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable our team to schedule house calls.

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • By phone
  • Face to face at the surgery
  • On a video call
  • By text or email

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

Please help us by letting us know if you need to cancel or change your appointment. You can do this by:

  • Phone (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm)
  • Text (reply ‘Cancel’ to your text message appointment reminder)
