During the COVID pandemic our usual appointment system has been suspended.
However, please be assured that if the Doctor or clinical member of the team feels that you need to be seen face to face, he/she will arrange that.
We will attempt to make an appointment for you on the day that you call, but with appointments having a limited capacity each day, when all appointment "slots" are full for that day, patients who call after that point, will be asked to call back the next day.
Please understand that the reception staff have been asked by the Doctors to ask patients for a brief detail of the purpose for your appointment so that they can direct the appointment towards the appropriate clinical member of the team. (who might not necessarily be a GP).
Thank you for your understanding and tolerance during these difficult, unique times.
We ask that you make every effort to attend you appointment. Please phone at the earliest opportunity to cancel if you are unable to attend. This allows us to use that appointment time for another patient who may need urgent treatment.
